It's mid-April and while I could have let the two-hour school snow delay earlier this week bring me down, almost all the snow in our yard has melted. I see grass! It is brown and muddy grass—but it is grass!
At this time next month I will be hanging out with a handful of other Macaroni Kid publishers at Ocean Edge Resort in Cape Cod. I cannot wait to put my toes in the sand, bike the beautiful paths surrounding the resort, indulge in some delicious food from their wonderful restaurants and even have a s'mores and wine pajama party with a few of my favorite women. It will be a wonderful girlfriends' getaway. I am looking forward to telling you all about it upon my return.
