This week my family and I are headed on a road trip to Pennsylvania to check out the brand new Kalahari Resort in the gorgeous Pocono Mountains. We are meeting up with quite a few other Macaroni Kid publishers and their families. Kalahari Resorts in the Poconos is now America's largest indoor/outdoor waterpark.
